Description:

Add a standard Ellipse (Oval) sketch tool alongside the existing circle tool. This would allow users to create oval shapes directly, without relying on approximations or multiple arcs.

Use Case:

Many designs require elongated or oval profiles (e.g., slots, ergonomic shapes, airflow openings). Currently, users must approximate these shapes using arcs or constraints, which is time-consuming and less precise.

Proposed Capabilities:

Create an ellipse by:

Dimension and constrain major and minor axes.

Support standard sketch constraints (horizontal, vertical, symmetry, equal, etc.).

Behave consistently with the circle tool (easy placement, clean UI).
